Hundreds of companies entered the category in the 2018 American Business Awards competition. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. More than 2,500 organizations competed for prestigious recognition that accompanies these awards this year.
