HOUSTON, January 24 – Datacert Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, announced today the appointment of legal technology industry veteran, Phil Neely, as Director of Delivery Management in the company’s Professional Services Group. In his capacity at Datacert, Neely will oversee global implementations of Datacert's PassportTM platform and matter and spend management solutions.

Neely brings over 25 years of business and legal management experience and consulting expertise to Datacert, including holding former positions as Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Corporate Outcomes at Bridgeway Software, Director of Legal Management Consulting at Duff and Phelps, and Principle and Co-founder of the Simpson-Neely Group.

"Mr. Neely is the latest of several industry veterans to join the Datacert ranks in recent months and our clients will benefit vastly from his expertise," said Jim Tallman, president and CEO, Datacert. "Datacert has long been the leader in our industry and now, with these recent additions to our team, we are positioned more than ever before to deliver industry best practices to our clients."

In his new position, Neely will be responsible for supporting Datacert clients and partners with Passport implementations, including the planning, execution, and management of all phases of the project. He will also provide clients with consultative guidance on industry best practices, as well as ways to maximize the value they get from Passport.

In regards to his motivation for joining the Datacert team, Neely said, "I want to stretch the boundaries of traditional legal management and help clients develop innovative solutions to their problems, so it made perfect sense for me to come to Datacert, which is the industry’s leading innovator. The flexibility and extensibility of Passport provides implementation and consulting professionals, such as myself, all the tools needed to deliver solutions that support clients’ unique business needs."
