HOUSTON—July 21, 2016—Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions today announced that the keynote speaker for its second annual ELM Solutions user conference will be Mel Robbins, a recognized authority on leadership development, employee engagement, and motivation. The 2016 event, ELM16, will be held Sept. 20-22 at the Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World® in Orlando, Fla. 

Robbins’ presentation will focus on the importance of collaboration and leadership – an important area to both corporate legal and law firms that seek to create more effective and efficient business partnerships. As an award-winning CNN commentator and co-founder of INSPIRE52, Robbins’ articles on human behavior drive tens of millions of page views for CNN.com. Robbins has appeared as an expert on human behavior and motivation on Good Morning America, Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, Oprah, The Today Show and Fox News. Along with Robbins, ELM16 is expected to bring together more than 200 legal, compliance and claims professionals from every major industry sector.   • Mary Ann Hynes, general counsel, Archdiocese of Chicago. Ms. Hynes was the first female General Counsel of a F500 company, engineered numerous mega merger and was instrumental in establishing stock markets in Eastern Europe. Her keynote will focus on Diversity.
  • Daniel Katz, professor, Chicago-Kent teaches Civil Procedure, E-Discovery, and Entrepreneurial Lawyering and spearheads new initiatives to teach law students how to leverage technology and entrepreneurship in their future legal careers.
